Clear explanations and strategic direction rooted in IDEA, Section 504, and Texas Education Code. We assist with identifying compliance concerns, guidance on escalation pathways (campus, district, TEA, OCR, OSEP), drafting parent correspondence, and understanding timelines, rights, and safeguards.
